We hope you are completely satisfied with your selection. If your order is incorrect, we will gladly return or exchange unworn shoes accompanied by a receipt.
Bring your unworn shoes or unused handbag and your receipt to the nearest Payless ShoeSource location, and we will gladly process your return or exchange.
Returns by Mail
Please refer to the back of your customer receipt for instructions on returning items by mail.
If you would like to exchange your item, please visit one of our store locations. (Sorry, we don't accept exchanges by mail.)
Only shoes ordered from Payless.com with a customer receipt are processed by mail. If you don't have a customer receipt or if you purchased the product in one of our stores, please return the shoe to one of our thousands of stores nationwide.
